Civilization (Star Atlas) gear is the strongest tier; all figures are 5-star, marching, with dragons. By role: RANGED - mix recommended, best = Thebes+Plantagenet+Sassane (463% total buff / 320% all-type debuff). MOUNTED - mixed vs unified even: unified Bourbon = better buffs, Han Dynasty = better debuffs (Han 4/6 and 6/6 each give +100% debuff). GROUND - mix, debuff-oriented preferred: Aztec+Furinkazan+Antonine = 609% buff / 410% all-type debuff. SIEGE - unify Heian (better buffs) or Abbas (better debuffs). DEFENSE - unify Koryo (total buff 1170% / debuff 235%). Set-piece bonuses apply at 2/6, 4/6, 6/6 (e.g. 6/6 Aztec/Bourbon/Heian +20/20/20; Furinkazan 6/6 +100% debuff; Koryo 6/6 +200% total).
