Craft tiers by Forge level: Lv27 = Dragon (scroll), Lv30 = Ares (upgrade from Dragon, un-equip first), Lv33 = Achaemenidae (scroll); Civilization = Keep Lv33. Strength: Dragon is weakest; Ares and Achaemenidae are equal strength but opposite direction - and ONLY Ares & Achaemenidae carry debuffs (Ares = attacking, Achaemenidae = defending + mayor debuffs). REFINE PRIORITY: max extra refine buff = 80% on Dragon vs 100% on Ares/Achaemenidae, so do NOT refine Dragon gear - upgrade it to Ares first (Dragon 4x +20% = +80% vs Ares 4x +25% = +100%). 5-star weapons give +30% troop attack on Ares/Ach (vs +25% Dragon); Achaemenidae weapons/protectors also add -20% enemy debuffs. Only the Courageous Dragon Ring has Double Item Drop (+20%). Ares cost per piece = 800 Badges + 30M Gold + a building requirement (e.g. Ring needs 6 Epic Historic generals at ~3.5M power). Dragon needs 15 of each Lv7 material; Ares/Achaemenidae need 20-40.
